Experience - On the side of the road driving home after week with fellow photographers in the snow mountain region. Faced with the prospect of a 5hr drive home was not something I was looking forward to, but driving through scenes like this gave me the energy I needed until we found a place that sold coffee. There were moments on this drive that I could barely see around the next bend and then we were offered views like this. It was just a struggle to find somewhere safe to pull over which we finally did at I believe the perfect spot. I hope you get the sense of optimism that always is present at the beginning of the day like I did - what is shrouded in fog will clear and brightness and colour will always prevail.
